The Snack Lab

The Snack Lab is a build-your-own snack and dessert shop at 1124 Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo’s Elmwood Village, created through a collaboration between two locally owned brands, POPularity! Soda, Popcorn, Culture and The Cereal Spot. Guests can order custom Dirty Soda POPs and Loaded Gourmet POPcorn alongside The Cereal Spot’s nostalgic cereal-inspired ice cream, including a shared-menu signature, the Dirty Soda POP Ice Cream Float, which combines POPularity’s Dr. McCreamy soda with The Cereal Spot’s Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream. The Snack Lab operates as a walk-in, order-at-the-counter shop where guests build their own drink or popcorn combination on the spot.
