Buffalo welcomes thousands of meeting attendees and convention-goers, and your business can be part of the welcoming experience. Most meetings and conventions include open evenings or scheduled free time, giving attendees the opportunity to explore the destination and connect with others outside of formal sessions.

To enhance their experience, we are developing a program that offers exclusive promotions to convention and meeting attendees called Queen City Perks. These offers will be shared via a convenient QR code distributed to each group.

Participating visitors will simply show their event badge or lanyard to redeem available discounts and special offers. Visit Buffalo will provide partners with the convention calendar in advance to allow for proper planning and preparation.

Promotions for amateur athletic events are also welcome and will be shared with those groups accordingly. As these participants may not have badges or lanyards, partners may choose to include a unique code for redemption.
