Snack Bandit Desserts is a scratch-made bakery and café at 4933 Ellicott Road in the Village of Orchard Park, serving breakfast, lunch, and dessert alongside locally roasted coffee and espresso drinks. Founded by Nicole and named after her daughter Zoey, the bakery started at Clarence Creative Kitchen before opening its Orchard Park storefront, and it’s known for scratch-made treats like “crownies” (a croissant-brownie hybrid) alongside cakes, cupcakes, and custom desserts made with locally sourced ingredients. Beyond the café, Snack Bandit Desserts caters weddings, showers, and events with custom cake and edible-image printing options, and also sells at Western New York farmers markets, artisan fairs, and festivals such as the Eden Corn Festival and the Grand Island Haunted Market.
